This is your opportunity to sponsor a playing card in a deck especially designed to appeal to antique camera collectors. To get your name, business or favorite camera on a card in the deck, follow these steps:

1.   Download and print off a sponsorship form. Sponsorship form (Adobe PDF)

2.   Fill out the form with contact information. We may need to contact you if your selections have already been sponsored or there are space problems with your text. This information will only be used by OCCS and will not be released or sold to another party.

3.   Fill in the Sponsorship text. Be aware that there is limited space so put one character in each box. We reserve the right to edit the text for appearance or refuse text deemed inappropriate. You may contact us if you have questions about the project.

4.   Select a camera to be on the card and alternatives in case that camera is used. We will prune the list as we go, but there is always a delay between a selection and our receipt of it. Select your camera from this list: List of Cameras Click on a camera to see a more detailed view and to see the camera number.

5.   Enter the number of the camera (and alternatives) on the form. The number is found on the detailed view and is a 4 digit number such as 0300. As confirmation of your choice, in addition to the number, you can put the name of the camera.

6.   Enter the name of the card (and alternative) you wish to sponsor. You may specify a particular card, a suite, or a range. Here are some examples of cards . This is not a complete list of sponsored cards.

7.   Each sponsor will receive two decks of cards included in the sponsors $65. Additional decks may be ordered at this time ($10 each). Enter the number of extra decks.

8.   Enter the total amount and write a check for that amount. Put the camera number on the check for identification.

9.   Send application(s) and check to address on form.
